Swimming lessons at Tampines Swimming Complex
Swimming lessons at Tampines Swimming Complex may be suitable for children, adults, nervous beginners and swimmers working on technique, subject to coach and pool availability.
Choosing a lesson format
Private lessons give one learner the coach’s full attention and often suit anxious beginners or technique correction. A pair can work well for siblings, couples or friends of similar ability. Small groups may cost less per learner but provide less individual correction.
Compare the published swimming lesson fees before deciding. Pool admission is normally separate from coaching charges.

Frequently asked questions
Is pool entry included in the lesson fee?
No. Each learner pays ActiveSG admission at the gantry. Tampines is a Feature Pool, so an adult Singapore Citizen or PR pays $1.50 on weekdays and $2.00 on weekends and public holidays.
Can a lesson start before 8am?
Only the training pool opens early, from 6:30am on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Ask Swim2u whether a coach is available in that window.
Can I ask for a female coach?
Yes, you can request one. It depends on coach availability for your preferred days and times, so mention it when you enquire.
